Channel Swim Day, Tuesday July 10, 2007…

On Tuesday July 10, 2007, I swum from Samphire Hoe near Dover, England to Wissant in France in a time of 13 Hours and 52 Minutes. My Pilot was Andy King with his support vessel “Louise Jane”. People on the boat included my wife Beccy Hopfensperger who was my feeder for the swim, coach John Stemp, support swimmer Loraine Verghese, CSA Observer Andy, Jon Wright from BBC Radio Suffolk, and a film crew from Dangerous Films Limited my Channel Swim Title Sponsor.
